Senerflex® Adhered Mat Design is used for exterior walls in new and retrofit commercial and institutional construction when direct adhesive attachment to the substrate (commonly, in renovation/retrofit projects) is not suitable or when drainage is desired or required to satisfy code issues related to drainage. The system is also useful on projects where high wind-load capacity is a design consideration.
Senerflex® Adhered Mat Design is a Water-Drainage Class PB EIFS. The system uses a secondary air / water-resistive barrier and an unobstructed drainage plane to provide an added level of protection of the sheathing and cavity against moisture and air intrusion. It offers design flexibility, aesthetic appeal and energy savings. |
